Draft for the private beta

1. Scope

These terms apply to the MeinStier app and the website meinstier.com (together, the "service"), offered by Alexander Trieb (see legal notice).

2. The service

MeinStier shows information about portfolios and holding companies, such as prices, weights and the gap between a share price and the estimated net asset value (NAV). The service is in a free beta. Features may change, fail or be discontinued; there is no right to any particular availability.

3. No investment advice

All content is general information and purely analytical indicators. It is not investment advice, not a recommendation and not an offer or invitation to buy or sell financial instruments, and it does not take your personal circumstances into account. You make investment decisions alone and at your own risk. See the risk notice.

4. Third-party data

Prices, NAV figures and company data come from publicly available third-party sources, may be delayed, incomplete or wrong, and are shown without warranty. They are for personal use only and may not be redistributed.

5. Account

Keep your login details secret. We may end beta access at any time, in particular in case of misuse. You can have your account deleted at any time.

6. Liability

We are liable without limitation for intent and gross negligence and for injury to life, body or health. For slight negligence we are liable only for breach of essential obligations and limited to the typical, foreseeable damage. Otherwise we are not liable for investment decisions based on the service or for errors in third-party data. Mandatory statutory liability remains unaffected.

7. Final provisions

The laws of the Republic of Paraguay apply. If you are a consumer, the mandatory consumer-protection rules of the country where you habitually live remain unaffected.
